Gold-filled has a tarnish-resistant finish and stays bright much longer than standard plating when properly cared for.

Q3 How should I care for my jewellery?

We recommend avoiding water and sweat (no showering, swimming or gym), storing pieces in a box out of direct sunlight, and keeping moisturisers/sun creams away from jewellery. Any light marks can usually be removed with a jewellery cleaning cloth.

Q4 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We currently do not offer refunds. We’re happy to provide an exchange or store credit instead.

Q5 What are your delivery times?

Standard dispatch is 7-10 working days. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas) please allow 7–10 working days.
